The Board of Elections of HENRY County, Ohio,
Issues this Proclamation and Notice of Election.
A PRIMARY ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, the 6TH day of MARCH, 2012
At the usual places of holding elections in each and every precinct throughout the county for the purpose of choosing the following :
HENRY COUNTY TREASURER HENRY COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS
HENRY COUNTY ENGINEER HENRY COUNTY COMMISSIONER 1/2/13
HENRY COUNTY CORONER HENRY COUNTY COMMISSIONER 1/3/13
HENRYCOUNTY RECORDER HENRY COUNTY PROSECUTOR
HENRY COUNTY SHERIFF
HENRY COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT - Replacement– A replacement of 1.2 mills of an existing levy to constitute a tax for the benefit of Henry County general health district - purpose of general operation for 5 years commencing 2012
PATRICK HENRY LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT – ADDITIONAL Purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the school district in the sum of $746,765 at 5.5 mills for 3 years, commencing in 2012
SOUTH JOINT AMBULANCE DISTRICT – RENEWAL- Purpose of providing ambulance service at 2.9 mills for 5 years, commencing in 2012
NAPOLEON AREA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT – Income Tax of 0.25% for 5 years, commencing January 1, 2013 for current expenses
NAPOLEON AREA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT – Bond Issue for 37 years in the amount of $31,500,000 at 5.85 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, commencing in 2012
FOUR COUNTY JOINT VOCATIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT – REPLACEMENT – purpose of general permanent improvements at 0.2 mills for each one hundred dollars of valuation, commencing in 2012
The Polls for the Election will open at 6:30 A.M. and remain open until
7:30 P.M.
