Shall bonds be issued to pay the local share of school construction under the State of Ohio classroom facilities assistance program in the amount of $6,092,092 for 28 years.  Shall bonds be issued for the purpose of constructing, adding to, renovating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving school district buildings and facilities, including expanding and improving facilities as may be required for participation in the State of Ohio classroom facilities assistance program, and preparing, improving and equipping their sites in the amount of $1,572,908, for 28 years; Shall an additional levy of taxes to pay the cost of maintaining the classroom facilities included in the project at a rate of one-half mill for each one dollar of valuation.
